History Through Literature: Middle Ages (Grades 1 - 3 + Resources for All Ages)
I use "All Through the Ages" for my Children's history lessons .... not exclusively, but for the bulk of it.
Since I'm looking all of these books up ... I figured I might as well share my efforts with other parents also having to look it all up.
I highly suggest getting the book to go with these links if you don't have it already - because first, it will be a LONG time before I get the whole book onto my computer (years!) and second, there is a LOT of information in there besides lists of books. Third, books not available via Amazon will not be listed here, so you will miss out on some excellent books.
In my older book, this is page 60. Not every book listed in the book is available from Amazon, Gutenberg, or Librivox - the 3 sources we buy from .... so those resources will not be listed.
Many of these could be found via Paper Back Swap - or through a local library.
Resources for All Ages:
Very few of these are available for Kindle or for Free. Most are Hardback, and can be quite expensive. However, many are available from Public Library's and Interlibrary Loan programs.
