Weekly Web Finds: November 3, 2017 ... Featuring : Blood Pressure, Butterflies, Mediterranean Diet

I'm steadily improving from my mild stroke.   Stairs and uneven ground are the worst, sometimes I can't remember how to spell or type or how a word sounds.  But overall, I'm doing rather well, I've lost weight, but I've got a long way to go.  Blood Pressure is still unstable ... but improving, I think.  Keep me in your prayers.  Thanks.
